Our model was designed to align with planners and hoteliers alike. Hotels prefer non-commissioned businesses, giving members an added advantage. No commissions mean that the property retains more money, giving you a chance to negotiate concessions such as room upgrades, complimentary meals, or additional amenities for your guests.

All Business is Treated Equally

Additionally, our commission-free approach means we treat all group businesses equally—regardless of size. A booking is a booking, whether it’s for a small team, retreat, or a large-scale conference. Removing the commissions means a more level playing field for everyone involved and more value.

Given that group business is already at 80% capacity for 2024, hotels are selective about the bookings they accept—making our commission-free platform* ideal for helping you secure the best options.

*Roughly 20% of our database are third-party intermediaries who do source meetings on behalf of their clients and accept commissions as a part of their business model. However, they are not being charged a commission for any aspect of their membership or resources provided by The Beyond Collection.
